Description

This is a 45 minute class focusing on 2 major muscle groups and core. There are 4 modules comprised of 2 exercises each with collective core exercises at the end. The muscle groups that we focus on are: Chest (Triceps), Back (Biceps), Legs and Shoulders on a rotating basis. These classes are less cardio more muscle pumping, so expect to challenge and increase your strength by going heavy. BE GREAT!!!
