Anyone with Knee, Hip, or Ankle issues must be cleared by the instructor prior to participating in the sand.

This is approximately an hour long class done in the sand. We’ll do 1 style per month to give you an opportunity to learn and conquer. Every month there is a learning curve, therefore, we begin week 1 by completing 3 rounds of the course and progress to 5 rounds by week 4. The course can be a bit grueling due to the sand effect, yet you don’t get sandy. This is a fun and challenging class that can accommodate any conditioning needs. And, if you’re lucky, you’ll get to see a few dolphins swim by during class.
